Adult ADHD
ADHD has become one of the highest-volume clinical presentations in Australian primary care. The literature is dense, the guidance is comprehensive but not built for the consulting room, and the diagnostic load has shifted to primary care faster than the supporting infrastructure has caught up.
KME's first release is a paired instrument and course designed to address exactly that gap.The Kolesky-ADHD-EFA®
A structured pre-consultation assessment instrument for adult ADHD. Available now as a patient assessment service ($250) and to medical practices as a licensed instrument.
ADHD Unmasked
Adult ADHD CPD Course for Australian GPs
A five-module CPD course covering assessment, comorbidity, the female-pattern overlay across the reproductive lifespan, prescribing, and longitudinal management. Approximately 6 CPD hours. Accreditation in progress with RACGP, ACNEM and AMA CPD Home. ACRRM accreditation has been granted.
What KME does
KME develops CPD-accredited courses and clinical instruments for the problems clinicians face every day.
Particularly in areas where guidelines exist, but practical clinical frameworks remain incomplete.
Each course and instrument is designed to do one thing well: close a specific gap between published guidance and the realities of practice.
Work is released only when it meets a standard the founder would be willing to rely on in her own consulting room.
Built by a Specialist GP
KME is the work of Dr Ananta Kolesky – Specialist GP, Rural Generalist, Generalist Emergency Medicine – practising in regional Queensland with more than 25 years of clinical experience across General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Integrative Medicine.
AHPRA registration: MED0000957417.
Every instrument and every course is written, recorded and signed off by a clinician currently consulting patients. Nothing on this site has been written by a marketing team.
Practitioner licensing
Other practices can licence the Kolesky-ADHD-EFA® for use within their own clinic. Each licensed practice runs its own dedicated copy of the instrument, branded to the practice, with patient data held within that practice's environment.
In development
More courses are in development across the clinical areas where Australian practitioners most often report inadequate education and unstructured decision-making.
Each is built to the same standard as the first: written and signed off by a clinician actively consulting patients, and designed around questions that arise in real-world practice.
